“Teen Mom 2” star Jenelle Evans spoke publicly for the first time about her addiction to heroin on the show’s season four reunion special Monday night.

The reality star’s life has spiraled out of control in the years since her teen pregnancy was first documented on “16 and Pregnant.” She’s tallied eight arrests, been both the perpetrator and victim of violent attacks, and has gone to rehab for her chronic marijuana abuse.

But Jenelle truly hit bottom, she told Dr. Drew Pinsky, when she tried heroin with bad-boy boyfriend Kieffer Delp.

After boyfriend Gary Head assaulted her — he was later booted from the Marines — Jenelle said she turned to Kieffer for “support.”

But she explained, “when I got his support, he wanted me to do drugs. That’s the first time in my life I’ve ever tried (heroin).”

She claimed that she only used the drug — which Kieffer injected — for a month, during which she was hospitalized three times and suffered terrible withdrawal symptoms. She finally sought help from her mother and left Kieffer.

Since then, she insisted, “I’ve cleaned up so much.”

If only that were true: Jenelle was arrested April 23 for heroin possession — and assaulting husband Courtland Rogers. Oh, and failure to pay child support to her mother, who has full-time custody of her son, Jace.

Incredulously, Jenelle — despite her many trips to jail and chronic drug use — cried because Barbara wouldn’t let Jace stay overnight with his mother.

“I want my son back,” she lamented. “I set up his room for him and everything, and she still won’t let him sleep over at my house.”

Then she had the audacity to assert that her mom is taking advantage of her for babysitting duty.

“I’m the only one she can turn to now for me to watch my own son, because she has no one else who can take care of him.”

Jenelle’s co-star, Kailyn Lowry, had her own check-up with Dr. Drew, and proved she has made little progress with her anger management issues. When confronted with baby daddy Jo’s girlfriend, Vee, Kailyn said she wanted to rip her head off and stormed off stage.

In next week’s conclusion to the special — which could mark the end of the “Teen Mom 2” series — Dr. Drew is the last person to find out that Leah is pregnant with her third child, and Chelsea reveals that she is hooking up with baby daddy Adam again.
