Green Day frontman Billie Joe Armstrong is out of rehab and will join his band mates on a just-announced concert tour.

The popular punk band released new tourdates and Armstrong told fans in a statement, “I just want to thank you all for the love and support you’ve shown for the past few months.  Believe me, it hasn’t gone unnoticed and I’m eternally grateful to have such an amazing set of friends and family.  I’m getting better every day. So now, without further ado, the show must go on.”

As RadarOnline.com has previously reported, the singer-guitarist had a meltdown in September, throwing a shocking profanity-laced tantrum on stage during the iHeartRadio festival in Las Vegas.

A day later, Green Day apologized for Armstrong’s behavior and announced he was seeking treatment for a substance abuse problem.
