Justin Bieber and Miami Beach prosecutors will NOT strike a plea deal in his DUI case … and sources connected with the case say a trial is now almost certain.
TMZ broke the story … prosecutors are offering a no contest plea to reckless driving, with strings attached … notably Justin must submit to random drug testing for 6 to 9 months. Sources connected with Bieber say they will NOT accept any plea that has probationary terms … especially drug testing.
Now law enforcement sources tell us … they will not deal if Justin does not agree to random drug testing … period. As a result, both sides are at an impasse.
With a plea deal all but off the table, a trial is likely. Law enforcement sources acknowledge there are problems with the arresting officers … the fact that he may have lied when he said he smelled alcohol on Justin’s breath (he blew a .014). And another cop claimed Justin was drag racing (at 27 MPH).

- Privacy Policies and Security. MyRecovery is committed to protecting the security of your personal information and personal Content. MyRecovery uses a variety of industry-standard security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information and personal Content from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. You can completely delete your information at any time. Such deletions will take immediate effect in your account, and backup copies of deleted information may persist for a short time. Since deleted data will not be restored, you may want to print information before deleting it.
- Disclosure of Personal Information and Content. MyRecovery does not trade, rent, or share your Personal Information or Content with third parties unless you grant myRecovery permission to do so. Although myRecovery currently does not have a parent company, any subsidiaries, joint ventures’, or other companies under a common control (collectively, "Affiliates"), myRecovery may in the future. MyRecovery may share some or all of your Personal Information with these Affiliates, in which case myRecovery will require its Affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Except for the foregoing, myRecovery will share your Personal Information and Content with third parties only in the following limited situations:

- Communications with Members. MyRecovery may use your Personal Information to send you updates, newsletters, surveys, advertisements or notices of third parties’ products or services. You may indicate a preference to stop receiving further communications from myRecovery and you will have the opportunity to "opt-out" by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the e-mail you receive or by contacting myRecovery directly (please see contact information below).
- Other Disclosures.
