Brewers’ ace Gallardo arrested on drunk driving charge

Milwaukee Brewers ace Yovani Gallardo was arrested and charged with drunk driving early Tuesday with a blood-alcohol level of .22, according to the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Department.

Gallardo, according to ESPN Wisconsin, was pulled over at 2:10 a.m., driving westbound on Interstate 94 near the Brewers’ home field at Miller Park. He was driving slowly and deviating lanes, Milwaukee County Sheriff Department spokesman Fran McLaughlin told ESPN Wisconsin, and failed a field sobriety test.
